Terrible Customer Service

I purchased some product from Divinityfibres website. Two minutes after I received notification from my bank asking if I had made the purchase but it was $40.00 more then what I had spent. I then went back on and saw that they had converted the funds to American money. I immediately requested for the order be cancelled and was denied, due to their policy of no refunds. It was 2 mins after the order was placed! I questioned the owner because on the website it said she was Canadian based. She replied that she is in Canada but her shop is hosted in the US so they charge in USD funds. Very deceitful tactics...and the product is not worth the money. I have ordered much superior quality from actual Canadian based businesses. DONT ORDER FROM HER
