Poor customer service. I ve kindly requested many times and even before shipping to receive an invoice with my billing address for my taxes. I received only a file after many convos with my shipping address and cannot use it. I tried to explain again why that could not work. Its so easy to spend 2 min and provide an email with the amount, date, and billing address but the seller didn't care at all.
